Chef Tadg and Mika McLoughlin bid you welcome to their Irish Bar and Restaurant. Located in the city center McLoughlin's is Kyoto's premier meeting place for ex-pats and locals alike. Chef Tadg's menu includes Irish and continental classics generously portioned and reasonably priced. We stock a comprehensive range of Beers and Spirits - local and international. Minoh Beer, a small family run micro brewery, supply us with excellent hand crafted Indian pale ale and Pilnser which have proven hugely popular with our regulars. A superb selection of wines completes our range and of course Guinness and Kilkenny are on tap.
