We take great care in selecting the ingredients for our menu. Locally grown organic seasonal salad and vegetables are hand picked and delievered to our doorstep so we know the quality and freshess is always maintained. Our beef, pork, lamb and all kinds of poultry are supplied by Jason Morgan "The Meat Guy " and nobody does it better. Our delicious breads are freshly made daily. Our Irish soda bread is made with stoneground whole grain flour imported directly from Ireland. We use Misty River organic olive oil from New Zealand in our hand-made sagebread, olive bread, and in our special pesto/sun-dried tomato bread.
